Refund & Return Policy

At Pups Friendly, we want both you and your furry friend to be happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with a simple and stress-free return process.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may return any unused item within 10 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

 

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or our Contact Us form.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
